We’ve received a number of awards over the years, but in 2015 we were given our highest accolade yet when we were invited to Buckingham Palace to receive an honour from Queen Elizabeth II no less. Most of our bikes and ride-ons require some assembly out of the box before they’re ready to ride. While this is a straightforward process that most people will be able to do easily, we understand that if you haven’t built a bike before then it can be tricky.
